The 1966 Ludwig Supraphonic (LM400) snare drum measures 14″ x 5″ and features a seamless, chrome-plated aluminum shell and 10 Imperial lugs. Often considered the most recorded snare drum in history, vintage models from the 1960s are highly sought after by players for their crisp attack, bright tone, and articulate sensitivity.
