The Cort Gene Simmons GS-Punisher-2 is a 4-string bass designed for the bassist of the legendary band KISS. It features an offset mahogany body, a bolt-on Canadian maple neck in a modern C shape, a 24-fret rosewood fretboard with diamond-shaped mother-of-pearl inlays, and a unique Mighty Mite P+J pickup configuration (split-coil + single-coil) with separate volume and tone controls, a 3-way pickup selector switch, and an EB6-4 bridge. It comes with a custom hard case featuring an image of Simmons as “The Demon“.
This bass was signed by Gene Simmons during his last visit to Argentina as part of KISS’s “End of the Road“ farewell tour in 2023.
